The Black Fork Bistro is a local family-owned and operated casual dining restaurant with a "big city" atmosphere - serving trendy dishes, hand-crafted cocktails,

and unapologetically good food.

We feed travelers, adventurers, food lovers - and a few locals. We're a big city vibe in a small town. We're really not here to fit in. We're here to serve food that gets talked about on the drive home.

We use fresh ingredients that are thoughtfully sourced and prepared with purpose. We believe food should be grown the way God intended it to be - without GMO's, artificial flavors, preservatives, or antibiotics. We do our best, WHEN POSSIBLE, to source ingredients that reflect our beliefs. We take pride in the amount of time we invest in sourcing the BEST, not the cheapest, ingredients for you. Our amazing team creates unique and fun dishes and drinks you wouldn't expect from small-town casual dining.
